Our first step is an assessment, we establish where you are to create a roadmap for where you want to go. Then together we get to work on the plan designed just for your unique needs and goals.

We know reaching your goals means more than just exercise, it includes nutrition and sometimes collaboration. We have experience coordinating with others: medical Dr’s, physical therapists, and alternative medicine providers.

 

Multiplanar High intensity Strength Training workouts with a MPR certified trainer. Traditional exercises target muscles while supporting the body, MPR targets muscle groups while challenging the body to support itself. You burn more per rep, set and exercise to create a body that works like an orchestra. Focus on balance, coordination, agility, strength, endurance and body composition to move, burn, and live better.

Can I workout if i’m pregnant?

We can offer pre/post natal certified instructors to work with you during your pregnancy. We can coordinate with your doctor and will follow the established American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists guidelines for exercise. Always notify your instructors when you are or plan to become pregnant.

how does getting a custom Home Gym designed work?

On the Home Gym design page we explain the process, but basically you can do as little as have your home gym space laid out and custom equipment package spec’d out. Or we can work with an architect and interior designer to build out a Home Gym with all the trimmings, equipment installation, lighting, flooring, mirrors and sound system. It’s up to you.

 

is there a difference between MPR TRAINING AND PERSONAL TRAINING?

Yes, while both sessions are with experienced and passionate fitness experts, only MPR certified trainers are taught by founder Tony A Molina the Multiple Planes of Resistance Technique.

can you work with my physical therapist or dr on my rehab?

We can coordinate your workout program to compliment your physical therapy or rehab program. We can even prepare a preoperative conditioning program to help you be in your best physical condition before any procedure.
